ORDERING
Within 2 working days of you placing an order, we will pack and send the items to you. This doesn't include public holidays. Deliveries are to Australia only! We will send items promptly and you will receive them within 1-5 working days via Australia Post.
PRE ORDERING
All pre orders specify the appropriate delivery times. These items are being imported and hence times may vary in terms of delivery.
If the item is not received within the specified timeframe, you the shopper will be offered a full refund via paypal.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If goods are received defective or damaged a refund will be given or a free replacement. All our local goods are checked when packed and sent in perfect working order. We are not liable for damaged that may be caused by postal services.
CANCELLATIONS
If you place a pre order and you change your mind, your deposit will not be refunded. Please choose carefully. Otherwise no refunds are offered.
